Join us for an exclusive women’s event designed for all ages and fitness levels—a half-day dedicated entirely to your self-care and wellbeing. Over four inspiring hours, you’ll enjoy an energizing fitness class with Vane, take time to relax and mindfully reconnect with yourself, and discover fresh insights into health, wellness, and fitness. It’s a chance to nurture your body, recharge your mind, and connect with a community of amazing women.
What’s Included:
- Arrival + coffee, intros (10:15–10:45)
- StrongYou fitness class with Vane (10:45–11:35)
- Yogic reconnection with Indre (11:50–12:40)
- Lunch & mingle (12:45–14:00)
- Fuel for strength & energy talk with Dr. Malin (14:05–14:35)
- Closing moment (14:40–15:00)

- Dr. Malin: Registered Dietitian with 30 years’ experience in nutrition, research, and empowering women to build energy through food
